Llamar a un cliente por WhatsApp exige permiso explícito. Este modelo es el pedido: tú escribes el motivo, y WhatsApp agrega el tramo de la autorización, con el nombre del perfil de tu cuenta.El componente CALL_PERMISSION_REQUESTno tiene ningún campo — su presencia es lo que define el modelo.No hay botón de aceptar ni botón de rechazar en la plantilla: quien dibuja la acción es WhatsApp. La documentación de Meta menciona permitir llamadas y permitir temporalmente, por 7 días, además del rechazo, pero no describe la pantalla — así que la previsualización de arriba es una aproximación, y la disposición de los botones en el teléfono puede ser otra.Lo que sí está documentado, y en lo que puedes confiar, es la respuesta: llega a tu webhook con response igual a accept o reject. Cuando el permiso es temporal, vienen también is_permanent: false y el expiration_timestamp.
Meta no deja combinar el componente de permiso con otros componentes interactivos. Nada de botones, carrusel ni sello de oferta en la misma plantilla.
Son dos JSON: uno crea la plantilla, y Meta la aprueba una vez. El otro envía el mensaje, y va en cada disparo, con los valores de ese envío en las variables marcadas con llaves.
