Template events reach your endpoint as an array of objects, in the same format sent by Meta (WhatsApp Business).

`UPDATE_TEMPLATE_STATUS` — Status update

Triggered when a template’s status changes (approved, rejected, etc.). The field value is message_template_status_update.
